We decided on new construction, ready to build our home exactly the way we wanted it, with the aim for it to perfectly suit our expanded family. Randy is the owner of our custom home-building business and the forward-facing partner, working closely with clients, contractors, and architects to bring each project to life. With a background as VP of merchandising for a large flooring cooperative, he brings valuable industry insight and expertise to our team. His passion for home building began 30 years ago, when he started building our family’s homes, turning a lifelong dream into a professional pursuit. Known for his attention to detail and commitmentto quality, Randyis dedicated to creating homes that exceed expectations and bring our clients’ visions to reality.

Building a new home with specific features on a reasonable budget presented unexpected challenges. We discovered many production builders took advantage of clients’ limited knowledge—a situation we, too, experienced.
Fortunately, a relative introduced us to a project manager at a prominent St. Louis homebuilder. He guided us in constructing the home we envisioned—at a cost lower than typical builders charge, with all the finishes we wanted.
His mentorship spanned every aspect of the process, from understanding the architect’s role to sourcing quality trades, managing schedules, obtaining permits, overseeing inspections, handling disbursements, and securing financing. Every detail was meticulously planned.
We completed our new home on schedule and within budget, staying within our set allowances. The result was highly satisfying, and we were eager to share our newfound knowledge with anyone contemplating a construction project.
