InVita’s standard features go well beyond the basics — including granite or quartz countertops, upgraded cabinetry, luxury master bathrooms, 9’–11’ ceilings, and insulated, fully finished garages. InVita Homes is a locally owned company based in the St. Louis area. We focus on building single-family custom homes in surrounding counties and communities where we can be hands-on throughout the process — from consultation to walk-through.

InVita Homes was founded by Randy and Kim, a husband-and-wife team after a deeply personal experience navigating the custom homebuilding process as a blended family. Frustrated by a lack of transparency and genuine support from typical builders, the founders learned firsthand how empowering it is to work with someone who actually wants to teach you the process — not take advantage of your inexperience. That’s the model InVita is built on: clarity, fairness, and the kind of service they wished they had.
